Applying for your Cuzzik is simple and easy,
All you are needed to do is download the base from here:

Once you have finished with your design, be sure to save it as a .PNG and upload it to your stash. 
DO NO UPLOAD THE IMPORT TO YOUR OWN ACCOUNT.
Once done, link the import to one of these comments:

• If your Cuzzik is Common
• If your Cuzzik has an Uncommon or Rare trait
• If you used a ticket on your Cuzzik
• If you want to Decorate your Cuzzik
• If your Cuzzik is the result of a Breeding
• If your Cuzzik is from the shop

And an admin will contact you shortly in whether your application is alright or needs some tlc
If it's good, your genotypes and carries will be handed to you, if not, an admin will comment back on the essentials

Once approved, the import will be uploaded and you will be able to try out what Quoeria has to offer !
